We want you to love your skin and your results, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for products that do not meet your expectations. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and items must be at least half-full to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to begin the process within 30 days of delivery.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging if possible, ensuring the lids are tightly sealed to prevent leaking during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our system and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
